Working with Product Details for Calls


You can add, review, update, or remove the product details for an account call before submitting the call for processing. Products are listed in ascending order of priority on the Products Detailed page. Only products with indications show up on the Products Detailed page. For example, indications record the purpose or therapeutic area for which a drug is designed. The administrator must create product and indications combinations. Otherwise, the products are not displayed in the Products Detailed page.

To work with product details for a call

  1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.

    The Calls list for today's date is displayed by default.

  2. Tap a call in the Calls list.

    All details for the selected call are displayed in the work area on the Call Details page. For more information about call details page, see Displaying Call Details.

  3. Add new product detail records for the call as follows:
    1. Tap Product Details in the work area, and then Add.

      The Product Details page opens showing the product details that are available for selection and includes the information shown in the following table.

      Field Name
      Description

      Product Name

      The product name. This is a read-only field.

      Priority

      The priority that you want to attach to this record. This is a required field.

      Indication

      The purpose or therapeutic area for the product, which can be one of the following: Allergy, Asthma, Arrhythmia, Heart Failure, Syncope, and Other. This field is required if you are adding a new product detail line item for a call. This is a read-only field.

    2. Tap the Priority field, then enter a numeric value.

      This field is required.

    3. Tap OK when finished.
    4. Tap Edit to update an existing record as required, then tap Save when finished.

      For example, update the Indication field as required. The Indication field is read-only when you are adding a new product detail line item for a call.

    5. To remove a record, swipe over the record that you want to delete, and then tap Delete.
