Displaying Call Details


You can manage customer calls from the Call Details page. You can display call details for accounts and contacts, using the Calls list.

To display call details

  1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.
  2. Tap a record in the Calls list.

    All details for the selected call are displayed in the work area. The call details include the information shown in the following table.

    Menu button

    The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button

    New button

    Use this button to create a new call. For more information, see Adding New or Updating Calls.

    Edit button

    Use this button to edit the call details. For more information, see Adding New or Updating Calls.

    Forward and Back buttons

    Use to navigate to the next and previous call record in the work area.

    Sign button

    Use this button to display the Signature page for the call to capture the signature for samples dropped off as required. For more information, see Recording Signatures for Calls.

    Submit button

    Use this button to submit a call for processing. This button is not available after a call has been submitted. For more information, see Submitting Calls for Processing.
