Checking Validation Results


Before submitting a call for processing, check the validation results for any errors, and resolve the errors before proceeding with the call.

NOTE:  You must complete the relevant setup tasks detailed in Siebel Life Sciences Guide and Siebel Applications Administration Guide before using the Siebel Mobile application for Siebel Pharma.

To check validation results for a call

  1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.

    The Calls list for today's date is displayed by default.

  2. Tap a call in the Calls list.

    All details for the selected call are displayed in the work area on the Call Details page. For more information about call details page, see Displaying Call Details.

  3. Tap Sign or Submit as required to capture a signature for the call or submit the call for processing.

    Validation results are generated when you tap the Sign and Submit button for a call.

  4. Tap Validation Results in the work area to check for any errors.

    The Validation Results page opens showing the validation messages for the call. For example, a warning message will be displayed if you have entered a value that exceeds the maximum quantity of product that you are allowed to drop off for a call.
