Recording Electronic Signatures for Calls

Use the following task to electronically record signatures for calls.

To record signatures for calls electronically

1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.

   The Calls list for today's date is displayed by default.

2. Tap a call in the list, then Sign in the work area.

   Review any samples-dropped line items already linked to the call in the samples list.

3. Capture the signature in the signature input box.
4. If required, tap Clear to clear the signature, and start again if you make a mistake.
5. Tap Save when finished.

   The electronic signature and all data linked to the call are saved. You can now submit the call for processing.
