Confirming That the Steps Are Completed


As you complete each step in the activity, mark the step as done.

To confirm that the steps are completed

  1. Select the record in the Activities list.
  2. Tap Steps in the work area.
  3. Select the first step in the list, then tap the Edit icon.
  4. Check the Done flag to indicate completion.
  5. Enter any comments in the Comments field.
  6. Repeat Step 1 to Step 5 for any remaining steps that you want to confirm are completed.
