Removing a Serialized Asset
Before you can install a new serialized asset, you must remove the current one. To remove a serialized asset
- Select a record in the Activities list.
- Tap Part Tracker in the work area.
- In the Move Parts list, tap the New (+) icon.
- In the Move Part form, tap the fields, and do the following:

Select a product from the drop-down list. |
Status |
Select Defective from the drop-down list. |
Asset |
Select an asset from the drop-down list. |
From |
Select Customer from the drop-down list. |
To |
Select Trunk from the drop-down list. |
Comments |
Add any comments. |
- Tap OK to return to the Move Parts list.
- Tap Commit.
