Ordering Parts for an Activity
Before going on a customer visit, verify and order any required parts and tools for the visit. To order parts for an activity
- Tap Activities on the application banner.
- Tap a record in the Activity list.
- Tap Recommended Parts & Tools in the work area.
- Tap Check Trunk.
The Siebel Mobile application checks the inventory in your vehicle trunk and returns the number of available parts.
- Tap Order Part.
If an order does not already exist for the part, then the Siebel Mobile application generates an order. Note that you can generate an order for a line item from the Recommended Parts & Tools view.
- To review the order details, tap the Order number (#) hyperlink field.
- Tap the Order Line number (#) field.
The order line details appear.
