Ordering Parts for an Activity


Before going on a customer visit, verify and order any required parts and tools for the visit.

To order parts for an activity

  1. Tap Activities on the application banner.
  2. Tap a record in the Activity list.
  3. Tap Recommended Parts & Tools in the work area.
  4. Tap Check Trunk.

    The Siebel Mobile application checks the inventory in your vehicle trunk and returns the number of available parts.

  5. Tap Order Part.

    If an order does not already exist for the part, then the Siebel Mobile application generates an order. Note that you can generate an order for a line item from the Recommended Parts & Tools view.

  6. To review the order details, tap the Order number (#) hyperlink field.
  7. Tap the Order Line number (#) field.

    The order line details appear.
