Reviewing Activities


Before starting, review the details of the activities assigned for that day. After reviewing the activity list, you can accept or decline assigned activities.

To review an activity

  1. Tap Activities on the application banner to display the Activities list.

    The Activities list shows the activities sorted in descending order of their planned start time.

  2. Filter the information displayed in the Activities list as follows:
    1. Tap Account, then choose one of the following options to filter the activities list: Status, Planned Start, Planned End, Priority, or Account.
    2. Tap the Search bar, enter a search string, and then tap Go.
  3. Tap the Pin icon in the header bar of the Activities list to open a mini Google map below the Activities list with pins that point to the location of all activities that are assigned.
  4. In the mini Google map, tap the plus (+) icon to open the location details in a new window from where you can, for example, obtain route information or driving directions from your current location to the activity location.

  5. Tap a record in the Activities list to display the details for the selected activity in the work area, including links for SR number (#), Asset number (#), Account Name, and a map icon.
  6. Display the related information for a selected activity by tapping the following options as required in the work area:
    • Contacts
    • Recommended Parts & Tools
    • Instructions
    • Steps
    • Part Tracker
    • Time Tracker
    • Expense Tracker
    • Invoices
