Reviewing Record Summary Information

Use the following procedure to review the summary information for a selected record.

To review record summary information in Siebel Mobile applications

1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.
2. In the Calls list, tap a record whose summary information you want to review.
3. Tap the Menu button, then About Record.

   The summary information for the selected record is displayed and includes the following data:

   • The date when the record was created and by whom
   • The last date the record was updated and by whom
   • The number of modifications that have been made to the record
4. Tap anywhere else on the screen to close the record summary information.
