Formatting the Columns to Display in the List View


Use the following procedure to specify the columns to appear in the list view and in what order. Up to a maximum of four columns appear in the list view in Siebel Mobile applications. If there are more than four columns defined for an object, then use Columns Displayed to order the list so that the columns that you want to appear in the list view are included at the top of the list. For example, if the following columns are defined in the following order for calls: Type, Status, Call Duration, Address, and Start Date, then complete the steps in the following procedure to hide the Call Duration column, and reorder the columns so that Status is the first column in the Calls list.

Note that Columns Displayed is available from the Menu button on list pages only. Columns Displayed is not available from the Menu button on detail pages.

To format the columns to display in the list view

  1. Tap Calls on the application banner to display the Calls list.
  2. Tap the Menu button in the left pane, then Columns Displayed.
  3. In the dialog box that opens, do the following:
    1. Use the left arrow and right arrow to move Call Duration from the Selected Columns to the Available Columns list.
    2. Use the up arrow and down arrow to reorder the Selected Columns list so that Status is the first item in the list, Type is second, Address is third, and Start Date is fourth.
    3. Tap Save when done.
