Submit MS Quote SubProcess Workflow

This workflow executes the logic for the decomposition process and generates the order line items for the multi-site quote. The Submit MS Quote WF workflow calls this workflow.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

  1. Generate Decompose order. This step calls the MS Quote Preview Item Process workflow to generate the order line items for the multi-site quote. For more information, see MS Quote Preview Item Process Workflow.
  2. Upsert Cancelled Line Item. This step invalidates the cancelled product configurations, billing account transfers, and open order line items by updating the corresponding flags.
  3. Order Id NULL? This step determines whether the Order Id field is null. If the Order ID field is not null, then the workflow continues.
  4. Revision is Zero? This step determines whether the revision number is greater than 0.
  5. Update Asset Integration IDs. This step updates the Asset Integration Id fields for each of the generated order line items when the revision number is greater than 0.
  6. Query Order. This step queries for the order that is generated after the decomposition process.
  7. Testing Mode. This step uses the Enable AIA Testing system preference to determine whether the testing mode applies.
  8. Write to file. This step writes the generated order to an XML file when the testing mode applies.
  9. Update Order Header Status. This step updates the Status field of the order header to a value of Open.
  10. Update Order Item Status. This step updates the Status field of the order item to a value of Open.
  11. Submit Cancelled Line Item. This step calls the MS Quote Submit Cancelled Line Item workflow to determine the order line items to be cancelled. For more information, see MS Quote Submit Cancelled Line Item Workflow.
  12. Update MS Quote Status. This step updates the Status field of the multi-site quote to a value of Order Placed.
