Viewing CASA Standing Instructions

The CASA standing instructions are not stored in Siebel Finance. CASA data is displayed using VBCs. One account can have multiple standing instructions. The list applet is used to display standing instruction information in Siebel Finance.

To view CASA standing instructions

1. Navigate to the Financial Accounts screen, then the Financial Accounts List view.
2. In the Financial Accounts list, drill down on the financial account with Type as CASA.
3. Select the CASA view tab, then click the Standing Instructions link.

Refreshing CASA Standing Instructions

Use the following procedure to refresh CASA standing instructions.

To refresh CASA standing instructions

1. Navigate to the Financial Accounts screen, then the Financial Accounts List view.
2. In the Financial Accounts list, drill down on the financial account with Type as CASA.
3. Select the CASA view tab, then the More Info view, and then click the Refresh button.
4. Select the Standing Instructions link.
