About the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template

The accessibility status of each Oracle product is reported in a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). The VPAT was created by a partnership of the Information Technology Industry Council (ITIC) and the U.S. General Services Administration (USGSA) to create a simple document that U.S. government contracting and procurement officials can use to evaluate a product with respect to the provisions in Section 508. The Siebel Open UI client has a VPAT. Administrators do not need to configure the Siebel Open UI client in order for people with disabilities to use the client.

Because products are on different release cycles, or because Oracle might have recently acquired products, not all Oracle products meet all of the guidelines.
