Configuring Best Times for Enhanced Find

Best Time is a field from where the user can pick a value in time which to search against the Start and End Time to find contacts. For a Contact, if the specified Best Time falls between Start and End Time, then that Contact is displayed in the result of your search.

You can create new columns in the S_CONTACT and S_ORG_EXT tables if you want to use specialized Best Times field functionality for Enhanced Find.

To configure Best Times field functionality:

1. Go to the S_CONTACT and S_ORG_EXT tables.
2. Enter the following configuration details:

   User Name	BEST_TIME Ext
   Type	Extension
   Nullable	TRUE
   Physical Type	Time
   Length	7
   Cascade Clear	Ignore
   Transaction Log Code	TRUE
   Status	Active
