TNT Wrapper Trial_Open Check Workflow

This workflow process is called when a user clicks either the Open Check/Trial Check button or the Open Day button. This workflow process creates an event check with a Status of Open or Trial, depending on which button is clicked, by calling the SHM Trial_Open Check Workflow.

Figure 20 shows this workflow.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

1. Can Create Invoice? If the order Status is Event Check, then this step stops the workflow.
2. Is Error Message? If an error message is generated, then this step stops the workflow.
3. Is Order Closed. If the order is closed, then this step stops the workflow.
4. Called for Package Invoice? Decides whether to create a meeting package event check or a non-meeting package event check.
5. Create Invoice. Creates a non-meeting package event check.
6. Does Package Invoice exists? Checks whether or not a meeting package event check is already available.
7. Create Invoice. Creates a meeting package event check.
8. Check Package Invoice is for order. Checks whether or not an available meeting package event check is being created for the current order.
9. Called for the same package Invoice? Decides whether or not to create a meeting package event check for the current order.
