Reviewing Revenue Estimates for Quote Functions

The Functions Revenue Estimates view shows the estimated revenue for both the sum of the line items and the average values for the quote. Because function revenues are associated with parent categories for revenue rollup purposes, the revenue estimates appear according to parent category, but can be viewed by category by clicking the Expand All button.

Revenue estimates are not available for quotes associated with nonparticipating properties because pricing information for functions, room blocks, and their line items must come from the NPP. For more information about nonparticipating properties, see Managing Nonparticipating Properties.
