Deleting Multiple Calls in the Accounts Contacts Call Planning Screen


Sales representatives can use the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen to delete multiple calls. A sales representative can quickly and easily update this information in a weekly view for multiple accounts.

To delete multiple calls

  1. Navigate to the Calendar > Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen.
  2. Press and hold the Ctrl key, and select the calls that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
