Displaying Calls Created by Other Representatives

Sales representatives can use the Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen to display calls created by other representatives.

To display calls created by other representatives

1. Navigate to the Calendar > Accounts Contacts Call Planning screen.
2. Scroll through the calendar view.

   All entries in grey represent calls created by other representatives.
