Adding Products to Responses
This view tab displays a list of products associated with the response, for example, products for which a respondent requested information using a product link in an email or Web treatment. The following procedure shows how to add products to a response. To add products to a response
- Navigate to the Responses screen, then the Responses view.
- In the Responses list, click the description.
- Click the Products view tab.
- In the Products list, create a new record.
- In the Add Products dialog box, select the product from the list, and click Add.
The list contains products that have been associated with the treatment.
