Siebel Marketing User Guide > Creating and Using Offers and Treatments > Process of Working with Email Treatments > Adding Social Sharing URLs to Email TreatmentsWhen editing email treatments, you can use the Social Sharing URLs functionality to define a hyperlink and associate it with one or more social network icons, for example, Facebook© or Twitter© icons, which are added to the email treatment. Customers who are targeted for the email campaign can then click the relevant icon directly from the email offer to share the hyperlink on their social networks. NOTE: The functionality described in this topic requires that you install Siebel CRM Release 8.1.1.10 or later, or 8.2.2.4 or later. For information, see the applicable Siebel Maintenance Release Guide on My Oracle Support. To make a social sharing URL available in CKEditor for inclusion in email treatments, you must first define the social sharing URL. The following procedure describes how to create a social sharing URL and then add the URL to an email treatment. For information on configuring the social networking sites that are available for selection in CKEditor when using social sharing URLs, see Siebel Marketing Installation and Administration Guide.
