Associating Templates with Fax Treatments

A template can be associated with a fax treatment. To edit the template, see About Creating and Editing Treatment Templates.

The following procedure shows how to associate a treatment template with a fax treatment.

To associate a treatment template with a fax treatment

1. Navigate to the Offers screen, then the Fax Treatments view.
2. In the Fax Treatments list, select the fax treatment, and click the Edit Fax view tab.
3. In the Edit Fax form, create a new record.
4. Click the Template Name select button.
5. In the Pick Treatment Template dialog box, select the predefined template for the fax treatment, and click OK.

   Only treatment templates that you add to the Treatment Templates list are available for selection. For more information, see About Creating and Editing Treatment Templates.

6. Save the record.

   The template contents appear on the right side of the view, and Edit Template and Verify & Preview buttons become available.
