About Communicating with Your Partners

Aside from the methods of sharing data covered in earlier chapters, Siebel PRM gives you two special methods of communicating with your partners:

• Partner alerts. These are text messages that are targeted to specific partners and displayed on their Siebel PRM Portal home page. For more information, see Using Partner Alerts.
• Siebel Briefings. These are news updates about your company that are targeted to specific partners and displayed on the Siebel PRM Portal home page and on the Briefings page of the Siebel PRM Portal, which the partner can also use to track information about other companies. • Partner satisfaction surveys. These allow you to measure how satisfied your partners are with their working relationship with your company. For more information, see Administering Partner Satisfaction Surveys.
