PUB HLS Display Error Workflow


This workflow displays an error in a case record. Figure 9 shows this workflow.

The PUB HLS Create Case workflow invokes this workflow as a subprocess.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

  1. User Interact. This step determines whether the user chooses to cancel or continue the process of creating a case when the user sees an error message.
  2. Cancel. If the user chooses to cancel the case creation, then this step cancels the process.
  3. Continue. If the user chooses to continue the case creation, then this step continues the process.
