PUB Eligibility Determination Workflow For IO Mappings

This wrapper workflow directs the PUB Eligibility Determination Workflow Main For IO Mappings workflow to run on the Workflow Process Manager or the Siebel Application Object Manager. Using the Workflow Process Manager can improve performance by easing the load on the Siebel Application Object Manager if the two managers run on separate servers.

A user initiates this workflow by clicking the Eligibility button in the Case form of the Case List view. Figure 16 shows this workflow.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

1. UseWfProcMgr. This step determines the value for the UseWfProcMgr workflow process property. If the value is Yes (the preconfigured value), then this step goes to Step 2. If the value is No, then this step goes to Step 3.
2. Eligibility Determination Workflow. This step calls the PUB Eligibility Determination Workflow Main For IO Mappings workflow on the Workflow Process Manager. For more information, see PUB Eligibility Determination Workflow Main For IO Mappings.
3. Subprocess - Eligibility Determination Workflow. This step calls the PUB Eligibility Determination Workflow Main For IO Mappings workflow on the Siebel Application Object Manager. For more information, see PUB Eligibility Determination Workflow Main For IO Mappings.
4. Navigate to Benefit Plan View. This step navigates to the Benefit Plans view in the Plans view of the Cases screen. This step calls the GotoView method. For more information about this method, see Siebel Object Interfaces Reference.
