Help Subprocess
The eMail Response - Process Service Request workflow calls the eMail Response - SR Help workflow when it does not detect a matching keyword as the first word in the Subject line of an incoming email. If the workflow does not find a contact in the Siebel database with a matching email address, then it sends an error notification to the sender, stating that a contact is not identified.
