Revising Rejected Applications

To revise rejected applications, citizens can access applications with a Status field value of Rejected if the Reason for Rejection field value is Incomplete Information. After they revise and save a rejected application, the application is automatically resubmitted to the agency.

To revise a rejected application

1. In the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site, click the My Applications tab.

   The following table describes some of the fields.

   Field	Description
   Status	Displays the status of the application.
   Reason Rejected	Displays the agent's reason for rejecting the application for further processing.
   Comments	Displays comments that the agent entered about rejecting the application.

2. (Optional) To find a specific application, click Query, enter the search criteria in the fields in the My Applications form, and click Go.

   NOTE:  For the form fields in which you can type text, you can use a wildcard to search, which in this case is an asterisk (*). For example, you can type *89* in the Application number (#) field to find all applications that contain the number 89 within the application number.

3. Select the application that you want to revise.
4. Click Open.

   The interview session for Oracle Policy Automation opens.

5. To review the information that you entered in the application, click Data Review.

   To change the information in the Data Review screen, click the link the precedes the information that you want to change, change the information in the screen of the interview session that appears, and then click Continue.

6. Click Save.

   The Save Successful dialog box appears showing a case ID link for the application. The Status field value for the application changes to Submitted, and the application is automatically resubmitted to the agency.
