Class Decision is the base class for all decision classes in REX. A decision class is used (when updating an entity) to make choices for optional behavior. For example, when modifying a project by calling the method projectReassignExtractions(), an array of ExtractionReassignmentDecision objects is passed to indicate what action should be taken for each extraction.
