The context template is inactive. An inactive context template cannot be used to create a context. The template must be made active before it can be used to create contexts.

• Cause: An inactive context template was specified.
• Action: Activate the context template and retry the operation.

The error message associated with this exception is:

IRM-01043: The context template \"{0}\" is inactive and cannot be used to create contexts.
