The domain already exists. Duplicate domains with the same Uuid are not permitted.

• Cause: A domain UUID was specified that already exists.
• Action: Use a different UUID.

The error message associated with this exception is:

IRM-01041: The domain \"{0}\" already exists.

This exceptions is used as a fault in web services endpoint interfaces.
