The context cannot be deleted. A context cannot be deleted if there are rights assigned with the context. This is restriction help prevents accidental context deletion.

• Cause: A context could not be deleted because there are rights assigned with the context.
• Action: Remove all rights assigned with the context and retry the operation.

The error message associated with this exception is:

IRM-01034: The context \"{0}\" cannot be deleted as there are rights assigned within this context.
