Preface

This Sun Blade X6440 Server Module Installation Guide contains procedures for installing the server module in a chassis, connecting to the service processor, and configuring either the preinstalled Solaristrademark Operating System, or the preinstalled OpenSolaristrademark Operating System.

This document might not contain information about basic UNIX® commands and procedures such as shutting down the system, booting the system, and configuring devices. Refer to the following for this information:
