Description:

The DHCP resource requires that that the /etc/inet/dhcpsvc.conf file has RUN_MODE=SERVER.

Solution:

Ensure that /etc/inet/dhcpsvc.conf has RUN_MODE=SERVER by configuring DHCP appropriately, i.e. as defined within the Sun Cluster 3.0 Data Service for DHCP.
