The Change Manager repository is where files used to perform software deployment and audit tasks are stored. The repository is created and configured when you install the Change Manager server software. You must use Change Manager commands to manage the repository. The following lists some of the files stored in the repository:
Solaris Flash archives
Solaris boot images
Shared profiles
Manifests
Reports
When you install the Change Manager server software, you must specify the Change Manager root directory. This directory is the place where all Change Manager data is stored. The directory you specify should be on a file system that has adequate space to store Change Manager data. See Change Manager Server Requirements.
