To create easy-to-understand names for sensitivity labels and to avoid abbreviations and acronyms, specify the short name of the classifications and words equal to their long names. When the long name of a classification is specified to equal the short name, the full sensitivity label name displays alone within brackets. So, for example, with the sensitivity label INTERNAL_USE_ONLY, the security administrator role would define the short name identical to the long name and the sensitivity label would appear as [INTERNAL_USE_ONLY].
