How to Contact the License Distribution Center

There are three ways to obtain licenses for these products:

• Email

• Fax

• Phone

Licensing by email is the easiest method to obtain licenses.

• All products can be licensed from an auto-response mail file, which means you don't have to license products individually.

• All licensing data is stored in the auto-response mail file so you don't have to worry about mistyping the 15-character password.

• You can ignore the product licensing items on the graphical License Installation Tool window because all product license information is read from the saved mail file.

It may take up to 24 hours after submitting your license request before you receive your license information via email of FAX.

You can contact a License Center locally or from outside a particular country via email, phone, or FAX. At the main voice menu, simply follow the directions for software licensing.
