Task Functions

Table C–7 lists the keyboard shortcuts that you can use to perform task functions when you use a tasks folder, or the task pane.

Ctrl + Tab

Move focus between the following interface items: 

  • The Click to add a task text.

  • The table of tasks.

up arrow, down arrow

Navigate the table of tasks. 

left arrow, right arrow

Navigate the columns in a task, that is, navigate between the task assignment column, the task status column, and the task summary column. 

spacebar

Select or deselect the task status column for the selected task. 

Ctrl + O

Open the selected task in the Task window.

Shift + F10

Open the popup menu.
