To Delete an Inactive Boot Environment (Command-Line Interface)

1. Become superuser or assume an equivalent role.

   Roles contain authorizations and privileged commands. For more information about roles, see Configuring RBAC (Task Map) in System Administration Guide: Security Services.

2. Type:

   # ludelete BE_name

   BE_name

   Specifies the name of the inactive boot environment that is to be deleted

In this example, the boot environment, second_disk, is deleted.
