設定安裝

您打算透過下列 tip(1) 線路來安裝 Solaris 軟體嗎？
- 若否，請移至下一個步驟。

將標籤名稱為 Solaris 8 Installation English SPARC Platform Edition 或 Solaris 8 Installation Multilingual SPARC Platform Edition 的 CD 插入到系統的 CD-ROM 光碟機：

光碟機－托盤式	光碟機－片匣式
按下光碟機前方面板的退出按鈕。托盤將滑出。將標籤名稱為 Solaris 8 Installation English SPARC Platform Edition 或 Solaris 8 Installation Multilingual SPARC Platform Edition 的 CD (標誌朝上) 插入到托盤。將托盤推回光碟機內。	要打開片匣時，一面將兩邊角落向內壓，一面從中央的部份打開蓋子。插入標籤名稱為 Solaris 8 Installation English SPARC Platform Edition 或 Solaris 8 Installation Multilingual SPARC Platform Edition 的 CD (標誌朝上)，然後關閉托盤。以片匣上的箭頭朝光碟機的方向，將片匣插入。

啟動系統：

現有的	顯示確定提示 (經由鍵入 `halt` 作為超級使用者，或同時按 Stop 及 A 鍵)，然後鍵入： `boot cdrom`
