To Reduce Duplicate Alerts

Open
the monitor.properties file in the JavaCAPS-install-dir/emanager/server/conf directory.

Change
the value of the timeInCache property to the desired number
of milliseconds.

Save the monitor.properties file.

Restart the Enterprise Manager server.
