About the DB2 Connect Adapter

The Adapter enables Sun Java CAPS ESB Projects to exchange data with external DB2 databases. This document describes how to install and configure the Adapter.

The DB2 Connect Adapter connects to DB2 via the IBM DB2 Connect driver, which is NOT packaged with the Adapter. The product must be separately installed and configured.
