To Invoke Explicit Validation
Perform any one of the following to invoke explicit validation.

In the Source view, right-click the source to invoke the pop-up
menu. Choose Validate XML (Alt-Shift-F9).

In the Design view, click the Validate XML button (Alt-Shift-F9)
on the Editor toolbar.
