How to Uninstall the Sun Blade 6000 10GbE Networking Controller

  1. Before uninstalling the networking controller, remove any VLANs that were installed on the controller. See How to Remove a VLAN.
  2. Open the Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Programs and Features.

    The Programs and Features dialog is displayed.

  4. Select Sun Hxge Drivers.
  5. Click Uninstall.

    The networking controller is removed, unless you did not remove all VLANs installed on the Ethernet port. If VLANs remain on the Ethernet port, the following error message is displayed.

  6. If you get the error message:
    1. Click OK.
    2. Remove all VLANs installed on the Ethernet port (see How to Remove a VLAN).
    3. Return to Step 2 .
