装置のアイドル時間の設定

システムデバイス (画面など) が低電力モードになるまでのアイドル時間を指定することができます。この指定は、/etc/power.conf ファイルのしきい値のフィールドを変更することによって行います。

アイドル時間を変更する

スーパーユーザーになって /etc/power.conf ファイルを編集します。以下のように入力します。
example# vi /etc/power.conf

必要なエントリを変更します。

以下の図では、/etc/power.conf ファイルでキーボードおよびマウスのアイドル状態のしきい値が 300 秒 (5 分) に修正されています。

以下のように入力して、電源管理システムのフレームワークに新しい設定を通知します。
example# /usr/sbin/pmconfig
pmconfig を実行すると、/etc/power.conf ファイルで定義した新しいしきい値の設定が、電源管理システムのフレームワークに通知されます。
