/etc/sma.ip が見つからないか、クラスタが構成されていません。

また、クラスタが古いバージョンです。 

sm_config を使用して、クラスタを構成してください。バックアップテープからファイルを回復し、宛先ホストオプションにクラスタマシンを指定してから、テストを行ってください。
