Window Size Returned by DGA Behind by One Resize Event (1183134)

With XView^TM (and possibly other tool kits) calling the application's resize_proc() before sending the resize request to the server, the window size returned by DGA is behind by one resize event.

Workaround: Calling XSync() before calling xgl_window_raster_resize() fixes the problem.
