If a person attempts to log in though SSH as either a user or admin with a bad password, the admin logged in message appears on the BUI at the first failed attempt, even though no one is actually logged in. If the login attempt is successful on the second or third attempt, the problem is corrected. After the third attempt, the SSH session is terminated and the admin is no longer able to log in through the BUI.
Workaround: Log in through SSH as either user or admin with a recognized password and then exit.
