The i-Planet Installation Guide is intended for system administrators installing the i-Planet software. Familiarity with basic UNIX system administration and networking is assumed.

Chapter 1, Preparing for Installation provides an overview of installation, describes system requirements, provides an i-Planet diagram, and lists the information needed for installation.
Chapter 2, Installing i-Planet Software contains installation procedures and postinstallation information.
