Using the Locale Charset Map Property Editor

The Local Charset Map Property Editor is used to specify the locales that are supported by your application.
Locale Identifies the locale added to support your web application.
Charset Identifies the charset mapped for the selected locale. Only one charset can be mapped to a locale.
Add Opens a dialog allowing you to add a locale that is supported by the iPlanet Application Server. The first locale that is added to an application, that locale becomes the default locale for the application.
Edit Select a local field to enable this Edit button. When you select the Edit button, a dialog box appears allowing you to edit the selected locale to another locale supported by the iPlanet Application Server.
Remove Select a locale field to enable this Remove button. When you select the Remove button, a dialog box apears allowing you to delete a locale from the list table. If you remove a locale that is defined as the default locale, the new default locale is set to be the first locale that is mapped. If all the mapped locales are deleted, the default locale is set to null.
