Error When Trying To Add a Resource

When trying to create a resource (such as a field, trigger, or recipient), if you receive an error such as:

Unable to save changes to the resources file.

then complete these steps:

  1. From the Documaker tab, select Options.
  2. In the Resources tab, in the Resource file field, ensure that you have entered a valid local resource XML file.
  3. Check that you have not entered the path and filename of a workspace definition file; this is a different file than the resource file.
