The Manage Resources Dialog

Use the Manage Resources dialog to search, add, view, edit, and delete local resources that you have created.

This dialog contains the following tabs, one for each resource type:

• Fields
• Triggers
• Graphics
• Recipients
• Projects
• Classes
• Metadata

Each tab lists the Name and Description of the available resources in that tab, except for Metadata items, which have no Description.

From any tab, you can:

• click to search for a resource
• click to highlight all matching resources when Searching Resources
• click to create a resource
• click to edit a resource
• click to delete a resource

You can quickly jump to a resource in any tab by clicking anywhere in the table of resources, then typing a letter. You will jump to the first resource in the table starting with that letter.

To display the Manage Resources dialog

• In the Tools group, click Resources.

The Manage Resources dialog opens.
